Dance Your Yoga is a family-friendly experience for students of all ages, levels, and abilities.
We begin by bringing awareness to our bodies with gentle, subtle movement incorporating slow, focused breathwork, followed by a more rhythmic flow to awaken and move dormant, stagnant energies.
We create a safe circle of healing through dance, fluid yoga poses, positive affirmations, and rhythms that derive from around the globe. We conclude with a restorative savasana and a Reiki-infused sound healing session.
Releasing what no longer serves us, claiming the ingredients that nourish our joy and inner balance, we discover what it means to make yoga our own.
